We the people admonish Congress to withhold all Federal funding of any kind from any "sanctuary city" that establishes any local ordinance or policy that conflicts with Federal immigration laws, or refuses to cooperate fully with Federal immigration authorities or comply fully with Federal immigration laws as they relate to the apprehension, prosecution and deportation of illegal aliens.
