We The People request that you order the Sec of the Treasury to withhold all payments for the salaries, wages, benefits and expenses of congress, its staff, employees and any other incidental expenses from congress. Withhold these until congress does its JOB. They need to provide a budget and tax bill acceptable to you and the people for you to sign. The congress is there to write and vote on laws, they have failed to do their primary job. NO PAY. The President approves or vetoes laws then enacts and enforces them. Congress has continued to inflict damage to the economy and individual throughout the country and we refuse to accept this further.
