Congress has been a complete waste of time and money in this country for the past 6-8 years, some may say even longer.
As a representative of the larger majority, Congress has failed. They have failed to move our country forward. They have failed to adequately represent the views and values of their constituents and are grossly overpaid for their performance.
If you think this is unfair or overstated, consider what would happen to you if you failed to get anything done at your own job. What would be the consequence? You'd probably be terminated and that means no more pay. Since the process of impeachment in this country is too complicated and time consuming, we ask that all pay be withheld from each member of Congress until the end of their respective terms or for minimum of 4 years.
