Withhold all pay and entitlements for all congressional committee's and introduce a pay as you complete work pay system.

I request that all pay, entitlements, and benefits are withheld until such a payment system can be enacted that in return for completed work that a paycheck and benefits are entitled. During the past 3-4 years the government house committee's and Senate have forgone needed work to sought out personal agenda's in the forms of re-election campaigns, pork spending bills, and various other bills all in the interest of their own personal gains. The government was built for the reason to represent the people of America, a government for the people and by the people. In recent years it has come to many peoples attention that the government has instead become a forget the people of America while it fails due to the non agreeing parties and failure to fix what problems are created by the government
