withhold all pay for Congress and The White House and associated staff until a balanced budget can be passed.

In order for my family to live and prosper, we need to live on a balanced budget. The United States needs to do the same for the future of this country. Failure to do so is a failure of leadership, and those responsible should do their job, or not get paid.
