Since Congress and the President are to run the country, and an integral part of the job is to solve the problems that have been created by them. If the country is run over the "Fiscal Cliff" they are clearly not doing their job.
Since all Americans will be effected by this lack of work.
ALL pay for the President and ALL members of Congress should be withheld until the problem is resolved. Their pay and benefits will be the first to stop prior to any Social Security or Military pay.
