This petition is to withhold Federal financial aid to any US state or territory that suspends, limits, or abolishes or otherwise interferes with women's health care options and especially includes those as defined by Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113. This petition includes those states that pass state legislation that hinders the abilities of women's health care providers and health care services to serve their patrons including but not limited to health care counseling services such as Planned Parenthood, Rape and/or Domestic abuse counseling, and Abortion services.
