On September 27, 2011, Israel advanced plans to build 1,100 homes in a Jewish neighborhood in East Jerusalem, drawing condemnations from Palestinian officials and a sharp rebuke from the Obama administration, which warned that the move could undercut efforts to restart negotiations.
It is time to take it a step further and impose sanctions and end miliary funding with US tax payer money.
Israel clearly will not stop this activity on it's own. As US citizens we must stand up to the powerful Israeli special interests and demand human rights be respected.
