Withhold the pay of every obstructionist Senator who refuses to do their job to hold hearings on SCOTUS nominees.

Obstructionist Senators who refuse to do their jobs to hold hearings for Presidential nominees must be held accountable for their actions. The best way to do this is to stop paying them for not doing their jobs. It's dereliction of duty, and if any of US refused to do our jobs, we'd either be docked pay, or worse still, fired. So it's time for the American people to punish Senators who won't do their jobs by withholding their pay. We, The People, are, after all, their employers, and they work for US. So it's time for US to stop paying them so much money for doing absolutely nothing.
