Withhold paychecks to all members of Congress and Senate and President until there is a balanced budget.

It has been 4 years without a budget. What are we paying our representatives for. Why also are we giving these lawmakers a raise. Maybe if these people fear they won't get paid for nothing maybe they won't put pork in victims funds like the victims of Sandy and maybe they won't wait till last last minute or worry that they won't get reelected.
