withhold the President's salary until he starts taking effective action to address the real problems in our country.

As the President is not properly motivated to address the real problems of this nation, punitive action is necessary. The President seems so distracted by his indefensible attack on our 2nd Amendment rights by pushing ineffective gun control measures that he fails to act on more essential issues. If the President does not seek effective initiatives to rebuild our economy and add jobs to relieve the enormous unemployment in our country. his salary and benefits should be withheld until he takes meaningful action along these lines. Perhaps, if he is made to suffer as his electorate does, he will be more conducive to change.
