Withhold / return any pay received by the President, members of Congress, the Senate, or House of Representatives

Withhold / return any wages received by the President of the United States, Congress, Senate, House of Representatives, or any party / person involved in the vote / decision of the partial government shutdown of 2013. All parties involved must not receive wages for the 16-day shutdown or return any wages received during this time. Any party that declines to return wages received for time not served doing the job they were elected for should be considered as defrauding the American people of tax dollars and should be immediately removed from office or position held. Further, all government employees not elected by American citizens that were temporarily laid off, not working, lost hours, or anything due to the effect of the shutdown be reimbursed or awarded back pay for lost hours.
