withhold salaries for all elected representatives in the House and Senate until a budget is passed.

The House of Representatives, and to a lesser extent the Senate, is to blame for sequestration in the federal government. Because of Congressional infighting, federal programs will have funding cut, while federal employees will take upwards of a 20% pay cut. All the while, Congress does absolutely nothing and continues to get paid. This will continue as the House of Representatives holds the American people virtually hostage. While I realize that The President cannot legally withhold Congressional pay, this petition is more of a call to action and a wake up to Congress.
