People who wish to secede from our Government, are advocating and Publicly displaying written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying current states within, our federal government in the United States. by force or violence, or attempts latter to do so.
Numerous groups and organizations affiliated with these Malcontents are already stockpiling guns, weapons, ammo to the point that they are a clear and present danger to the society at large.
It is therefore Petitioned on behalf of the state of Montana, that Federal Officials intervene on behalf of law 18 USC § 2385 - Advocating overthrow of Government.
We ask the US to find, capture, and possibly convict all who would wish to secede from our state!
