The President has stated that the debt ceiling issue could result in delayed payments to veterans and those on Social Security. I suggest that the President sign an Executive Order forfeiting all Congressional and Executive pay back into the budget until there is both a balanced budget. If the Congress and President cannot do do what we are paying them to do then they should not get paid.
