Without Executive order, Push congress to raise the federal Minimum wage.

The Obama Administration has opted to address the minimum wage issue here in the U.S.A. by using his Executive order. By doing so his decision only covers Government contractors. This is a start but by using his Executive order, it makes the change prone to rebuttal from another "future" administration. To make a solid and long lasting chance Congress needs to make a decision for ALL Americans not just contractors. I am asking the Obama Administration to push congress to act on this to better the lives of all Americans.
