Womans Rights to have priority of/and decision making over man's, with his involvement to hildren born of her body.

The petition is to set priority of a Woman's Rights to Children born of/from her body to that woman from which the child is born. In many court cases, a woman is required, without choice, to establish the rights of the child's biological father, which denies the biological mother 50% of her rights to decisions relating to the child, of whom was a part of the womans body before birth. At delivery, the child is born from within her womb, and is the result of that attachment from/of that woman. The child is medically considered to be part of a woman's body for 10 months (as are tissues, muscles and organs). This petition is to restrain those actions forced against a woman, of being sued for 50% of those rights relating to the child and child's attachments to the biological mother.
