Women and Megans Law
Women with child(ren) and Megan's Law

Megan's Law is very harsh on women.

Megan's Law was created in 1994 due to a tragic incident that happened in New Jersey many years ago.
A little girl named Megan Kanka 7 years old was a victim of rape and murder. This law was designed for men it was never intended for women.
By not having a law for women that comment a sex crime, this forced the state to place us together under the same law. I believe women that are on Megan's Law should have a risk assesment, to determan where a woman should properly be classisified and palce under Megan's Law. This law is also very harsh on women, that are raising child(ren) of thier own while being on Meagn's Law. Men and women are very different for each other, and also diffrent in nature.
