Women getting away with murder!

In a lot of cases where i see a child harmed by a man living in the mothers house,i always notice that only the man is charged while nothing happens to the mom.It always comes as a shock with the mother,but is it really as shocking as we make it seem?in most cases the mother is warned by the child and nothing happens.In every story i hear where a child is harmed,most of the time the mother is always warned,but she brush it off like nothing is wrong until it is too late.most of them murders didn't even have to happen,and only the man is charged while the mother never takes any kind of responsibility.Well that have to change.It should be both parties charged with the crime if it is proven that the woman was warned ahead of time and nothing was done.too many lives are taken,it have to stop!
