Over the years, it has been said that men earn 21.4 percent more than women in getting paid. I want to make a change in this, Women should have the exact equal rights as men. It isn't fair if a man and a woman have the same job, and men are always being paid more. If they were put in the same exact job and women put in the same effort as men in what they're both doing, they should be paid the same.
