Women should be sentenced the same as men for falsely claiming rape. Rape should not be considered to be without contact

Men should have equal rites as women, women should have equal rights as men, no one should be superior in a society such as this one. If a women falsely accuses a man of rape than they get a few years sentenced, if a man gets accused and convicted of rape he gets life in prison. To help stop false accusations they should have a harsher punishment depending on the damage, if the person accused of rape is convicted and sentenced to life in prison then the accuser should also get life in prison if the allegation is proven false. This will help detour false rape accusations, the government should also define what rape is, it should involve sexual contact that is unwanted. Men that have been falsely accused of rape and released from prison should be compensated.
