Currently men ages 18-25 are required by law registered for selective services. Women should also, required by law, register to be part of selective service. It is important that everyone, male or female, are treated equal. This is also important that whenever the time comes and hopefully it does not but if it does not only will the men be serving our country but the females also. So I believe the best choice is to get everyone involved in serving our country in a time of crisis!
