The title can speak for itself. I believe that women who falsely accuse a man of sexual assault deserve to be jailed, because I am sure that there are a lot of men who are doing time because of false accusations. On the first offense of sexual assault, there is a minimum prison sentence of 5.25 years with a maximum or 14 years. On the second offense, the minimum term is 7 years and the maximum is 21 years. And on the third, the minimum is 14 years with a maximum of 28 years. That's how much freedom is taken away from them men who are in there due to false accusations. Everyone automatically believes the women, they need to do deeper and more thorough investigations when it comes to sexual assault, because the woman can be lying about it and you don't even know it.
