Many women suffer great pains during their menstrual courses. Symptoms may lead to such discomfort such as lack of appetite, and general weakness. In exteme cases, women have difficulty with even the most simple of actions, such as standing or walking. However, women are still required to work, or attend class. Women should be given THE OPTION to take paid or unpaid leave when she is unable to work because of menstruation. Several other parts of the globe already have such policy, including Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Pillipines, Russia and Taiwan.
