Mr. President and The United States Congress

It has been drawn to the Attention of We The People of The United States of America that Women in America have no particular federally recognized holiday.

The Majority of The Population of The World recognizes that women have the toughest job on the planet from giving birth to even seen the life of their children lost in wars and natural death.

From sorrows to birth pains to trials and training and even joy for their children, often times as A Single Parent that has lost their husband at war and natural death, it is at this time that WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA request A SPECIALLY RECOGNIZED HOLIDAY to be Noted on THE SECOND MONDAY OF MAY for so long as The United States of America is The Leader of The Free World.
