The word American is to be used prior to further description of our citizens. ie Amer Black, Amer White, Amer Hispanic.

I want our American citizens to be known as Americans. If further description is needed, use it after the word American.The word American is what we have in common. It will be the first thought in our minds when we are referenced. When it is done the other way, immediately prejudging happens.This should be addressed in all Government forms.
