Work with African nations to provide drone protections for endangered species from poachers.

This is a petition to save remaining endangered Rhinoceros and African elephants by working with African nations and using America's drone program to defeat poachers and the terrorist groups that they help fund. There are as few as 450,000 African elephants and 25,000 of all species of rhinoceros left in the world. Cut off this barbaric trade and the evil groups that it helps to keep in power. There have been bills to try and reduce the Ivory trade here in America that have failed due to pressure from special interest groups, specifically the NRA. Do an end run around them and fight poachers on the supply side with our drone program. Surely the United States has this capability and may be possible to do without action from Congress.
