Many young and mid- age families struggle in keeping a balance between work and families. When one parent stays home and takes care of the family needs, it is really difficult to get back for him or her to the workforce. Their resumes have a gap in employment history, their skills are not up to speed and it takes much longer in finding a job for them. Their paycheck is less because of the official employment gap. What the government is doing to help these parents to get back to workforce and get up to speed with updating their skills and earning equal pay check?
