Create a phone number that a person willing to call and have a check done on a person trying to by thru private sale.
In order to meet half way on the issue of gun rights we the people need to not be forced but to voluntarily run background checks on the persons we give firearms to. (as a criminal will not buy a firearm from someone who has access to their approval or denial to purchase).
This information must be confidential and destroyed no more than 30 consecutive days from call date. (Protects sellers privacy.)
If a person is denied this will help law enforcement to apprehend the person before that person can harm another.
