Petition for the Executive Branch to work with Congress and the Several States to Constitutionally change and limit the Executive Powers of the President. Executive Orders would be limited to provisions defined in the specific law or regulatory limits. No Presidential Executive Order will be legal or authorized if it required additional funding, diverted or realigned appropriated funding by Congress, or changed the intent of the law or regulation based on a specific class of people. No Presidential Executive Order will be legal or authorized if it conflicts with Congressionally passed laws or Regulations.
