work with Congress and the States to repeal and rplace the 17th Amendment to the Constitution.

Created by J.W. on December 30, 2012

Repeal the 17th Amendment to the Constitution, the 17th Amendment has resulted in the Federal Government exceeding authorities granted to the Federal Government under the provisions of the constitution and relegated State Governments to beggars at the Federal trough. The Federal Government has no respect or fear of State Goverments as the States are no longer represented within the Federal Government. Repeal of the 17th Amendment will begin the process of restoring the authority and responsibility of the States within the Federal Government. Senators were intended to represent the State Governments by the founding fathers.
