Require that all government officials work with their associates in the branches of government to ensure that the will of the citizens of the United States of America is implement without regard to their individual political agenda.
Require that a balance budget be presented by the President of the United States on an annual basis by the deadline outlined and that the Congress of the United States of America shall ensure and enforce a balanced budget provision annually.
Require that the rights of the individual states be honored and that no federal laws shall be made in violation of state’s rights.
