There's a fundamental unfairness in some Right To Work laws. They allow workers who choose not to join the union to receive the same benefits that the union members receive without paying any dues or fees to compensate the union for the service they provide. That is due to a requirement in federal labor laws. We ask that the laws be changed to state that no one can be compelled or forced to join a union; but if they choose not to join the union they are not eligible to recieve any of the benefits of union membership.
