Work with the Congress to change the language of the Affordable Health Act.

Created by R.B. on January 04, 2015

Before the Affordable Healthcare Act was signed into law millions of Americans were denied coverage because it was risky to insure them for certain"pre-existing conditions."

The Obama administration reported particularly large numbers of new enrollees in federal exchanges in Florida (330,000), Texas (205,000), North Carolina (110,000), Georgia (103,000), and Pennsylvania (95,000).

Enrollment in state-run exchanges, meanwhile, has been more modest.

The 37 states participatng in the federal exchange and the remaining states that do not will face premium hikes more extreme than before the Health Care exchange if the SCOTUS rules out the entire law.

Work with the GOP to reform and not waist time in the chamber on repeal. McConnell and Boehner need to pass laws.
