Work with Congress to create a bill to reinstate funding for the Large Hadron Collider outside of Waxahachie, Texas.

In 1991 the United States government decided to fund what could have became the largest Large Hadron Collider in the world. It would have put the United States in the lead position of all basic sciences around the world. The planned collider would have produced 40Tev, which, in comparison to the current largest one in Geneva capable of producing 14Tev, is a substantially larger number. The United States needs to reinstate funding to advance our knowledge of basic particles. The United States has fallen behind in the world of space exploration, and we are on the verge of falling behind in sciences, we need to reinstate this funding. If we hadn't cut off funding in the late 90s then maybe America would have found the higgs boson particles in America, and not in Geneva.
