Work with Congress to draft, pass and sign into law legislation that bans the barbaric process of routine male genitial mutilation (also known as circumcision).
The removal of any part of an individual's body should be left to the individual once they are of the age of consent. Individuals should not be subjected to the amputation of any body part by another person for any reason with the exceptions of a life-threatening situation in which all other, less extreme measures have been exhausted.
