Work with the Congress to implement MANDATORY GUN LIABILITY INSURANCE

Created by C.P. on December 20, 2012

As we have for automobiles, we respectfully request that all guns of any type be required by federal mandate to carry no fault liability insurance. We also request that insurance pools be created by the fees generated from the sales of all policies and by the sales of all guns in order to provide insurance coverage regardless of weather a gun (or its owner) has a policy or not. We request that all policies carry a minimum coverage amount of $1,000,000 and that law abiding citizens that take protective measures to safeguard their guns be afforded discounts on premiums for doing so.
We also request that Insurance companies be allowed to access medical information databases that they share themselves and that they be allowed to use that information to determine coverage eligibility.
