Usage of guns should be limited to those age 18 and older. Any adult allowing minors to use their firearms, for any reason other than self defense, should be guilty of a felony. This includes target practice and recreational gun usage. If we stop teaching children to use firearms, maybe we can begin to make progress in stopping school shootings.
