Work with congress to reproportion the house to 1 representative for every 30,000 people, increasing the number from 435

In 1929 Congress put a cap on the number of representatives in the House at 435. As the population of the US has dramatically increased, representation has become disproportionately imbalanced. Large districts have replaced constitutionally mandated districts of 1 representative to 30,000. The average in the United States is now almost 750,000 people to 1 representative. This incentivizes larger sums of money and lobby influences on the government and in generally under-democratizes the people of the United States. I would want the Obama administration to work with Congress to reinstatie a proportionate level of representatives that will return the numbers in the House to a reasonable number that is more in line with the original intent of the Constitution as it relates to Congress.
