The Islamic State has become an international threat, not just to our citizenry, but to the civilized world. There is no justification for their barbarity, and they must be stopped.
I petition the government to declare war on the IS, either in substance or in fact, and take all military actions required to destroy them entirely. I believe the American people would support such action.
