work in conjunction with MLB Commissioner Bud Selig to reinstate Pete Rose and allow him to be considered for the H.O.F.

Created by A.B. on July 17, 2013

Society as a whole is not perfect. Every person has a dark side. Pete Rose’s poor judgment resulted in a violation of baseball’s most sacred code of conduct and betraying the American public was reprehensible.
However, there are two sides to every story. As a society, we must remember the lives Rose has positively touch and the contributions he has made on and off the diamond. He is the epitome of what the game of baseball is all about: loyalty, duty, respect, selfless-service, honor, and integrity. One of our country’s founding virtues is to give those who have paid and sacrificed for the misgivings a second chance.
The truth is, unless MLB decides let go of their animus, unless MLB forgives the situation, unless MLB realize the situation is over, MLB and America cannot move forward.
