The goal of this petition is to insure that people issued checks have a way to cash those checks without paying a fee.

When a check is issued by a customer from ABC Bank. ABC Bank should be required by law to cash that check to the person that the check is issued, after verifying their identity, without charge.

By placing their name on the check they should be required to honor that check regardless if the check is issued to one of their customers or not.
