Enact legislation that will control and bring into the open all lobbyist access to congressional and executive branch members. It would state that all lobbyists must register with congress - state who they represent - what congressional or executive branch members they contact and make public all conversations that they have. It would a crime to have any off the record discussions or meetings. It would be illegal for any government official to accept any gifts - favors - payments from lobbyists or the companies they represent.
