Birth control is no longer rocket science. True, it's not infallible and it might not be as available in some areas that it could or should be. But other geographic areas with infant mortality problems don't have an issue with availability of cheap birth control. The root of our national poverty and crime problems is in our poor's inability to stop irresponsibly reproducing. Simply put, should it be illegal to bring a life in to this world you have not had a moments consideration about how, and sometimes if, you can or will support it.
