Work to dissolve the federal department of education and return all governance of this activity to the states.

Clearly, the Constitution does not vest ANY authority in the federal gov't to establish and/or maintain control over our educational system. As such - and because our federal gov't is WAY overburdened financially, and WAY exceeds its' Constitutional authority in many arenas,I ask that you work with Congress to dissolve this illegitimate component of our federal gov't and return ALL authority for this activity to the States.
