Work to eliminate plea bargains on any crime against children. Specifically physical abuse resulting in death of a child

Simply put, There are too many case of child abuse resulting in death of defenseless children. We have all read in the news about people agreeing to plea bargains of lesser offense and getting away with serving a lesser sentence. Lets fix this and make the punishment comensurate with the crime and keep our children safe. Any crime against a child, physical, sexual, ect. should be exempt from a plea bargain of a lesser offense.
