I propose Congressional Term Limits. 3, 3 year terms for a total of 9 years for any Congressional Officer at the National Level. This allows any Senator or Representative time to serve the people by bringing fresh blood and ideas into what We The People feel is a stagnating and partisan Legislative Body. If the Officer in question cannot achieve their goals by terms' end, then they must cede their chair to another. 9 years is 1 year longer than the President gets, should they earn a full term cycle of 8 years. This is more than fair, and allows Congress to remain fresh and relevant to the times they are in; while giving others a chance to serve their country in its legislative course. We as a nation can't afford to retain our elected body in its current form. The People deserve better.
