Work to enforce the second amendment.

Created by J.H. on October 29, 2011

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

The first part of this statement is a statement of belief, the second is the statement of the right.

"the right of the people shall not be infringed" is neither vague nor open to a wide variety of interpretation regardless of the interpretation of the meaning of Militia.

To impinge is to encroach or infringe upon in any way. Any law which limits this right does, by definition, impinge upon it.

This, and all other, administrations swear oathes to uphold the constitution, and we call upon them to honor their oathes by working to repeal all FEDERAL laws impinging upon the right to keep and bear arms.
