Work harder to end discrimination toward women in the workplace, job hunting and overall inequality toward women.

Women are discriminated still in the workplace, they still do not get promoted, and there still is a ceiling that impedes their ability to move up the corporate ladder. Women are having a greater difficulty in finding jobs even jobs for which they are qualified.

Women are called names in the news and by radio broadcasts when they stand up for their rights. Women have been fighting the inequality for too many years and this must stop, beginning with Federal Government, then State Government and finally locally.
