Let it be know that from the passing of this petition. A bill shall be proposed that shall mandate that ALL Congressional members of congress shall only receive a wage of the current minimum wage for the actual hours worked.
We the working people and use to be working people. So petition that Congress shall have to be in session to receive payment of the current minimum wage and shall receive no other financial compensation when not in session.
We all only receive pay for the hours that we work, Congress should receive the same. No more short work weeks with pay.
